Our drone pilot holds an advanced pilot certificate, and all drones used in our operations are registered. We strictly comply with the rules and regulations set forth by Transport Canada and air regulations as per Nav Canada.

2. Client Engagement

– Service Inquiry: Clients may contact us via our website for quotes or consultations.

– Contract: A formal contract detailing the scope of work, responsibilities, and deliverables will be signed prior to commencement of any project.

– No Direct Online Bookings: Our website does not offer direct online booking; all service arrangements are made through consultation.

3. Footage & Data Usage

Any aerial footage, imagery, or data captured during projects will remain the property of TerraDrone Solutions Ltd. and will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with your explicit consent.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

– Payment Terms: Payment is due as per the agreed contract details. We do not require deposits in advance of service delivery.

– Cancellation & Refund: We do not offer refunds. However, we commit to discussing all details of the quote with our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by working to deliver agreed deliverables within the project scope.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All deliverables, including maps, models, images, and videos, are the intellectual property of TerraDrone Solutions Ltd. unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for their intended use.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

– No Warranty/As-Is Service: Our services are provided on a “best effort” basis. While we adhere to industry standards and regulations, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

– Liability Disclaimer: TerraDrone Solutions Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

– Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TerraDrone Solutions Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

– Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, regulatory changes, or natural disasters).
